design process

• you give us a call
• we will initially meet with you free of charge
• you outline the objectives, budget & direction
• we listen / form a project brief & provide a written job proposal (ie quote / contract)
• you sign a copy & pay a 10% deposit
• we get creative... involving you as we progress... then technical... involving others
  (engineers / surveyors) as necessary... and where required we can also provide
   project management services
• you pay as each stage progresses:
• Our fees will reflect the extent of our involvement / expertise & the level of project complexity
• Accounts are to be paid when due

• Concept designs (formulation of ideas)
• Sketch plans (design development / costings)
• 3D imaging (perspectives & fly throughs)
• Working drawings + specifications (the boring, but necessary technical bits)
• Project management (apply for consents &/or oversee tendering &/or observe construction)
